project reflection

i did not spend too much tome working on my project. i only worked on it for 2 days, but the outcome was alright.I was very neat and had an ok amount information.so i think i did ok on my project. my guess is that i would get a high c or low b.I would rate myself a 7 out of 10 on it.

story

Yesterday,a man made a time machine and went back to the 15^th century. He also brought along his favorite computer. The people there tried to kill him so he went back home.In his panic he left behind his computer.During those events a troll under a bridge saw hat was happening and as soon as the man ran away, the troll took his computer.

The troll was extremely smart and knew english.He figured out how the computer worked and opened up the internet.As he was reading comments on someones blog and didnt like what he saw.The man that left his computer behind had caps lock on and the troll did not notice.The troll posted rude things and replied them to people.after a few weeks the troll had already started a flame war.

Back in the present the man had not signed out of his account and everyone thought it was him flaming.He then realized that he left his computer behind and went back to get it.Immediately,he saw a troll under a bridge holding his computer.The man was very angry for being accused so he beat up the troll and took back his computer.The troll snuck into the time machine and ended up in the 21st century.

After he arrived the internet trolls were born.

     A lot of celebrities have bad reputations.This is because people write about bad things that celebrities do. People say that bad things are more interesting,people don't like to buy what they don't want to read, and good things are boring and less interesting than bad things.This is why people write about bad things more often.
  
     First,people write about bad things because bad things are more interesting. Because bad behavior is more interesting,it is covered more in the news.according to Eric Wubbo in nature.com (2011),"bad is stronger than good".this means that bad things are more interesting than good things in real life. It is in the human nature to want to read about bad behavior more.

     Next,people dont like to pay for what they dont want to read.Companies know that people want to read about bad things so they publish them in order to make money.newspapers write about good things and they dont make much money, but when they write about bad behavior many people buy the paper and the newspaper company gets money.because newspapers make more money.

     Finally,bad things are covered more because good things are boring.If people write about good things,others will not want to read it.Many people dont read about good things because they are not as entertaining as bad things celebrities do.Humans would most likely rather read about bad behavior than good.so because good behavior is boring,people write about bad things more often.

     Becuase bad behavior is more interesting,people dont want to pay for what they dont want to read, and because good things are boring,bad things are covered more.

i am just starting on the evaluate stage of the design cycle. If this is the last stage then the project itself is almost done.it took a lot of work to do this, but i managed to do it.

If i learn well enough,i can teach others afterwards. It can also teach me how to improve my community. I can teach younger grade levels what they will be learning next year.
That is how i would serve my community with my learning.

My future projects would become better because i learned the design cycle steps, which could make my project easier to make.I could use the steps to create my project in a better way.I could also look back on this project and reflect on how i could have done better.

I will not waste time anymore in computers because it could have been used as time for my project. other than that i would do what i have always done. Maybe i could also focus on the project alone and nothing else.

I would rate myself a 4 in the rubric. Its because it came out how i imagined it but didnt take that much time to do.it also isnt the best project in the class but is still a good project.

I would plan more than i did before. This is because i didnt plan that much and made the project without a plan. so next time i would plan more that i did this time.

reflection

For the design cycle project i think i did ok. I give myself a 7 out of 10 for this because i did each stage in a week and i could have done it faster.I could have also spent more time on the create and plan stages.i did very well on the investigate stage and still have to do the evaluate.

investigation reflection

I think i got a 3 or an 80. I did do the comparisons but did not finish it yet.i was behing for a while because my blog was not set up yet. Im catching up to the class and am almost at the same level.so overall i did good during the investigate process.

The other program i may want to use is artpad. For colors i give it a 10 because it has every color imaginable on it. It definately has more colors than flipbook.Even if you dont find the color you want, you can make another one. So artpad gets a perfect score on colors.

In simplicity, it gets a 4. This is because its kind of confusing to make it work when you first try it.Any new person to artpad might get confused with it. So for simplicity artpad gets a 4 from me.

In drawing, artpad gets a 4 again. Its for having similar brushes to artpad and for having alright sizes. It doesnt have much of a variety to choose from in drawing. it has more sizes than flipbook, but are harder to use.

I give flipbook a 6 on colors. It has many colors that you can use to make a flipbook. If you want to make a really detailed flipbook, it would be hard because it doesn't have enough colors to draw something detailed. For example it only has 2 shades of red and 3 green.

In simplicity i give it a 7. Its because flipbook transitions from picture really fast. It can make sometimes become very difficult to use if you want to make it smooth. other than that it is relatively simple to use. so besides the transitions, its easy to use.

in drawing, i give flipbook a 10. This is because you can choose what brush size you want to use. This makes it extremely helpful for shading in areas or writing words. It is a lot of fun to change sizes to make the project fun.
